How do I return an item?
Return authorization is required before returning any order from SwimBeauty.com. Email us
In the case of exchange:
• Exchange items must be sent back with the original SwimBeauty.com receipt and accompany the returned apparel in the same packaging.
• In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit $9.99 to cover postage and handling of your exchange request.
• All exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the shipment receipt date
In the case of returns:
• All returns for refund are suject to 25% restocking fee.
• Any damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the shipment receipt date.
• Return will not be accepted with visible wear, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, stains, hanger marks, writing or cosmetic smells
• All original materials, packaging, tags, boxes, hangers and other accessories must be returned as new.
• A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
• Returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us
